Discover the fascinating history of Flagstaff’s waste systems and how Picture Canyon once served as a dumping site before being transformed into a protected open space through community led restoration efforts. Along the way, learn about the area's anthropology and other unique facts with Ashlee from Open Space. This is a great opportunity to explore local history, restoration, and the power of community action.
