Envoys - Trail Work, Water in SW, Nature Journaling  - Picture Canyon Natural & Cultural Preserve

Over 100 Envoys Travel students and chaperones come to Flagstaff to learn and do some service work. Open Space hosts half the group in the morning (10am-1pm) and the other half in the afternoon (2-5pm). Each group will be further split into 3 groups: one doing trail restoration work, one learning about reclaimed water, and the third doing nature journaling. Then each group rotates through those "stations." We could use 1-2 volunteers in the am and 1-2 in the pm to teach nature journaling. For all participants, wear sturdy shoes, long pants, and dress for the weather. Bring water to drink, snacks, and work gloves, but we will have extras!
